This Privacy Policy explains how Pick A Meet Ltd. handles information in connection with the Pick A Pixel application.

Camera Access

Pick A Pixel requires access to your device camera to detect colors from the camera preview. Camera access is used to provide the color picking functionality. Camera frames are not uploaded to Pick A Meet Ltd. servers.

Saved Colors and Images

When you choose to save a color, Pick A Pixel stores the selected color information and the associated camera image locally on your device. This information is used to provide your color history and help you remember where a color was captured.

If you do not save a color, Pick A Pixel does not retain the associated camera image as part of your color history.

Notes

If you add a note to a saved color, the note is stored together with the saved color on your device.

Sharing

If you choose to share a saved color, Pick A Pixel creates shareable content using the sharing functionality available on your device. Sharing is initiated by you.

Advertising

Pick A Pixel uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements, subject to applicable settings, consent choices, and their respective privacy policies.

Advertising-related data may be used to provide, measure, personalize, and improve advertising. You may be presented with choices regarding personalized advertising where required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Pick A Pixel uses third-party services that may process information as part of providing their services. These services include Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

Personal Information

Pick A Pixel does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its core color picking functionality.

Data Retention and Deletion

Saved colors, notes, and associated images are stored locally on your device and remain there until you delete them or remove the application, subject to your device's storage behavior.

Children's Privacy

Pick A Pixel is not intended to collect personal information from children. The application does not require an account or personal information for its core functionality.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the application. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
